カスタマーサービス。私は6/18にFedExのトラッキングナンバーのメールを受け取りました。到着予定は6/25のようですが、そのナンバーを追跡しても荷物は動いていないようです。これを確認して頂けますか？私はイベントへ出席のためこの商品をとてもとても急いでいます。先日メールで知らせたとおり今月末までに必要としています。これを調べて頂けるととてもうれしいです。顧客は新しい商品をとても楽しみにしていますので。supportに感謝します。

Customer service. I received the e-mail about tracking number of Federal Express. The item is supposed to arrive on June 25th, but I tracked the number and found that it has not been processed. Would you check it for me?
