カスタマーサービス。私は6/18にFedExのトラッキングナンバーのメールを受け取りました。到着予定は6/25のようですが、そのナンバーを追跡しても荷物は動いていないようです。これを確認して頂けますか？私はイベントへ出席のためこの商品をとてもとても急いでいます。先日メールで知らせたとおり今月末までに必要としています。これを調べて頂けるととてもうれしいです。顧客は新しい商品をとても楽しみにしていますので。supportに感謝します。

Customer service. I received the FedEx tracking number with an email on June 18. The delivery date seems to be June 25, but this tracking number tells me the package has not been moving.
