この配送伝票を箱の数だけコピーして、それぞれの箱に貼って下さい。トラッキングナンバーは必ず一つになります。箱ごとに新規で伝票記入するとトラッキングが分かれて送料が高くなるのでこの一枚をコピーして貼ってください。インボイスは3枚同じものをプリントいただき、２枚はWaybillを入れる透明のPouchに同梱します。

Copy this delivery slip by the same number of sheets as the boxes, and stick one on each box. The tracking number has to be only one by all means. The tracking number is divided if you fill it out newly for each box, and the postage rises, so copy this one sheet and stick it. As for the invoice, please print three copies, two of which are to be packed in the transparent Pouch for the Waybill.
