この配送伝票を箱の数だけコピーして、それぞれの箱に貼って下さい。トラッキングナンバーは必ず一つになります。箱ごとに新規で伝票記入するとトラッキングが分かれて送料が高くなるのでこの一枚をコピーして貼ってください。インボイスは3枚同じものをプリントいただき、２枚はWaybillを入れる透明のPouchに同梱します。

Please copy this deliver note for each box and attach them to the boxes. It should be one tracking number for the shipment. If you make the shipping label for each box, the cost will be higher with different tracking numbers. So, please copy this delivery note. Please get three copies of invoice and two of them should be put in the transparent pouch for the waybill.
