anna suiの出品の件で、先月メールを頂いていたとのことでしたが、
全ての受信メールを再度確認したのですが、頂いたメールを見つけることが出来ませんでした。

結果的に、我々はイギリスでこの商品の販売が禁止であることを知りませんでした。
大変申し訳ございません。

今回私達の手違いで出品してしまい大変申し訳ありません。
今後このようなことがないようチェック体制を強化していきます。

最後に、この件についてサスペンドを解除していいただける方法はございませんか？
