SXT’s solution, King explained, is to put corporate training into a good-looking app so that people can take in all that info in more manageable chunks. For workers, the training app has quizzes to keep people motivated, and for the bosses it has analytics so people’s progress can be charted.

Hopefully the app-based model won’t mean that workers are expected to do training in their own time, but King’s pitch didn’t touch on that issue.
