Aを購入されたお客様から「【STOP】【OK】ボタンの反応が悪い。特に【STOP】ボタンか、３、４回押さないと反応しない。」というクレームが入ったので、手持ちのBからAを取り出して交換してあげました。今は故障品が手元にある状態です。この故障品を交換してもらうことはできますか？

A customer who bought A has made a complaint that the "STOP" and "OK" do not work very well. In particular, the customer said that you need to press the "STOP" button 3 or 4 times for it to work. Given this claim, and as I had B to hand, I removed A and gave an exchange to the customer. I now have the defective item in my possession. Are you able to replace this defective item for me please?
