I specified in my add that the lowers were for sale only to the lower 48 of the U.S. Therefore I can NOT accept your payment for these items and will contact E-Bay regarding their policy regarding my specified add. Sorry that you bid inappropriatley. If you are willing to pay the invoiced amount for total shipping to Japan I am not obligated to sell these to you.
