ebayに出品されている画像も拝見させていただきました
発送前にチェックした時になかった傷が入ってますね
外箱やハードケースには傷がなかったということで詳細は不明ですが、一旦お近くの郵便局でダメージレポートを出していただくことは可能でしょうか？
もしかしたら保険が降りるかもしれませんのでお手数ですがご確認いただければと思います

I saw the picture listed in eBay.
There is a scar which did not exist when I checked before shipment.
I am told that there was no damage on the outer carton nor the hard case, so the details of the incidence is not known. For the moment, can you shoot up a damage report at your local post office?
Please also check with the insurance company as they may cover the loss.
