在留カードへの更新申請について【特別永住者以外の外国人住民の方】
平成24年7月9日に外国人登録法が廃止されたことに伴い，中長期在留者（特別永住者以外の方）の方にはこれまでの「外国人登録証明書」にかわり「在留カード」が交付されることとなりました。
お持ちの「外国人登録証明書」については一定期間，「在留カード」とみなされます。
「外国人登録証明書（みなし在留カード）」をお持ちの方の更新手続きについては，大阪入国管理局で手続きを行う必要があります。
About the renewal to the residence card [for a foreign resident other than a special permanent resident]
Since the Alien Registration Act was abolished in July 9, 2012, "Resident card" will be issued to a medium- and long-term resident (anyone other than a special permanent resident) instead of the current "Alien registration certificate".
Your "Alien registration certificate" will be considered as a "Residence card" for a certain period.
For the renewal of the person who has the "Alien registration certificate (deemed resident card)", you have to go through procedure at the Osaka Immigration Bureau.
