最近リミットがかなり下がり困っています。

パフォーマンスを上げたいのですが

I make a living on sales through eBay. However, I am having hard time because of the recent change in greatly lowered limitation.

I would like to raise my performance, but it will take a long time to recover it unde the current situation.

The other day when I have contacted you, I was introduced to the department in charge.

I have not heard from them after sending emails many times. What is going on?
If the situation stays like this, my family will starve.
Should I give up selling products on eBay?
