日本は長期休日だったので、一部のお客様に連絡や発送が遅れてすみません。

お客様に2種間以上すぎてもアイテムが到着しない。
（追跡ナンバーで見つからない時など）

アイテムは受け取ったが、壊れているとき。

その時は、必ず私に連絡してほしい。必ず解決するまで対応します。

以前、完全に壊れた品を、返品処理しようとしたお客さんがいて
イーベイのシステムは、こうなると返品するまで再送、返金できないのです。
