オーダーID○○について
画像１で分かる様にこのオーダーは3月24日に返金されている
しかし画像２で見ると分かる様にこの商品は返品されていない
返品されていないのに返金をしたのですか？
また何故これに対して私にReimbursedされないのですか？
私はこの様な不明なオーダーを幾つも見つけた
理由を教えて下さい

As Image 1 shows, a refund for this order was made on March 24.
But as Image 2 shows, the item has not been returned.
Why did you issue a refund without receiving the item?
Also, am I not getting reimbursed for this?
I have found several unclear orders like this.
Please tell me why.
