オーダーID○○について
画像１で分かる様にこのオーダーは3月24日に返金されている
しかし画像２で見ると分かる様にこの商品は返品されていない
返品されていないのに返金をしたのですか？
また何故これに対して私にReimbursedされないのですか？
私はこの様な不明なオーダーを幾つも見つけた
理由を教えて下さい

On the other hand, this product has not returned yet shown as image 2.
Did you pay back without being returned it?
And why did not you reimburse to me regarding this?
I have found several strange orders like this.
