この製品は、アメリカにおける120ボルトの電圧で問題なく使えます。

しかしながら、インドネシアは240ボルトの電圧であるため、変圧器とアダプターが必要になります。

息子さんは日本仕様の家電製品を使用するための変圧器とアダプターはお持ちでしょうか。

The voltage for this product is 100 Volt, and can be used in the both frequency of 50Hz and 60Hz.

This product can be used in America which the voltage is 120 Volt without any problems.

But, in Indonesia the voltage is 240, so the transformer and adapter are needed.
