第５条（賃料の改訂）
賃料の改訂は物価、公租公課、近隣建物賃料の変動を勘案して、甲乙協議のうえ決定するものとする。
第６条（付加使用料）
乙は第４条の賃料のほかに付加使用料として下記料金及び費用を支払わなければならない。
(1) 電気・水道・ガス料金、衛生清掃費、冷暖房費
(2) その他賃借物件の使用上賃借人の負担となるべき諸経費
Article 5 (Revision of rent)
The Revision of rent prices shall be determined upon mutual consultation with each other taking in account the fluctuation of prices of commodities, taxes and public dues and the rents for neighboring buildings.
Article 6 (Additional fees)
The Second Party shall pay the fees and expenses below as additional charge in addition to the rent in the article 4.
1. Electricity, water,gas, cleaning fee and air conditioning costs
2. Other expenses that the lessee should pay while using the property
