長 女が学校の友達と気持ちの行き違いがあった時に、上手に気持ちや意見がを伝えられたり、相手の気持ちを聴けるようになるために、具体的にどういう言い方や 聞き方をすればいいか、家族で話し合う機会をもった。翌日から、長女は学校に向かった。友達に今まで伝えられなかったことを、相手を大事にしながらも率直 に伝えられたことで、自分自身に自信が持て、今までは友達とのコミュニケーションも上手にとれるようになってきたようだ。
