We are sorry that your transaction was not smooth. Please consider removing the feedback and I will refund you some of the paypal money.
The product was available and being shipped to the store that I ordered it to but when I went to pick it up the store had sold my item to someonelse and then I had to wait for them to find another one for me which took awhile. I am sorry for the delay and want to make the transaction better between us

商品は在庫があり、私のオーダに基づいてお店に配送されました。
しかし、その商品を受け取りに行くと、お店が別の誰かにそれを売ってしまっていました。
お店が私に商品を再度用意する必要があり、時間がかかってしまいました。
