返金を要求した理由は、発送予定日を大幅に過ぎても商品が発送されず、信頼できない出品者だと思ったからです。
「当日発送」と記載していたのに、あなたは2週間以上も商品を発送しなかった。
この事を全く問題がないと考えているのですか？

The reason I asked for refund was that the item was only delivered much later than the delivery date and I though you cannot be trusted.
You did not ship for 2 weeks even though you mention you will ship on the day.
Do you not think this is causing problems?
