返事が遅くなっていて大変申し訳ありません。
私は国際郵便局へ月曜に調査を依頼し木曜に再度確認の連絡をした。
日本の郵便局は月曜日にRoyal Mailに連絡を取った。
私達は現在Royal Mailからの回答を待っている。
現時点で明らかな事は日本の追跡情報は間違いない事です。
3/19にパッケージを発送しロンドンへ22日に到着している。

パッケージが日本を離れた後は全てRoyal Mailの管轄となります。
残念な事に日本の追跡情報をRoyal Mailが確認する事が出来ないらしいです。

Japan Post Office contacted Royal Mail on Monday.
We are waiting for the reply from Royal Mail.
At this moment, the clear thing is that Japan Post Office's tracking information is accurate.
The package was shipped on 19th March and arrived in London on 22nd March.

After leaving Japan, the package came under the jurisdiction of Royal Mail.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail doesn't seem to be able to see the tracking information in Japan.
