I just asked the agent making import license. They said that the CA is not invalid because it need to be provided by a laboratory have ISO 7025 certificate. If this company laboratory have ISO 7025 certificate, please also scan the certificate and send it with CA. If not, they need to use another laboratory which have ISO 7025 certificate testing and provide the CA.
