５Ｓは、一見儲からないように見えるが、５Ｓの推進によってあらゆる 「ムダ」 が見えてくる。
見えた「ムダ」を改善すれば必ず儲かる。

社員のモラルが向上し、クレーム・不良が低減する。　
会社のイメージがアップし、新しい仕事が増える。

At first sight, 5S does not looks like lucrative thing, but thanking to propulsion of 5 S, we can see (wastefulness)

Moral of workers gets higher, number of claims and defects get lower.
Image of company gets better and it can get more orders.

Food items fell on the flour

Display case is dirty
What is where - it is not clear
Training of staff is bad

Client does not buy

Do spare parts fall?
