発送前に動作確認はしているので動作に問題はないはずですし、梱包にもエアークッションを使い送りましたので、輸送事故の可能性が考えられます
（箱に損傷がなくても運送時の扱いが酷い場合、ちゃんと梱包していてもショックで壊れる場合は十分にあります）

不具合のある状態をもう一度ダメージレポートとして詳しく教えてください。
あなたからの壊れているとの報告があれば運送会社から
保障で対応できますので、宜しくお願いします

Good day.
Before I shipped out the camera I have checked the operation of the camera and it should be no problem at all. I had wrapped it with air cushion for shipping, so I think it is due to accident during transportation. (Even though there are no damage on the outer box, but in extreme cases, even though with proper packaging, the shock during transportation might still happen to damage the item)
Please kindly inform me again the condition of damage in form of a damage report.
With your report I could process to claim insurance from the transportation company.
