我々が、3/26に注文した時には、Aは「在庫あり」と表示されていました。
今、御社のウェブサイトにログインして、注文のステータスを見ましたが、AはBackorderedではなく、Unshippedと表示されていますよ？
我々が注文した分の在庫は、その時に確保してもらっていると思うのですが・・・

もし、Aを発送出来るなら、一緒に注文したBとまとめてすぐに発送して下さい。
バックオーダーになっているCは入荷次第発送して下さい。
2回に発送を分けることによりかかる送料を我々は気にしません。

At the time we ordered on March 26th, it was shown that A was "in stock".
Now we have logged in to your website and checked the status of the order, it shows that A was "Unshipped" not "Backordered". How is the status really?
We thought that the stock had been secured for us upon order.

If A can be shipped, please ship right away with B that we ordered at the same time.
For C, which is being Backordered, please ship as soon as it comes in stock.
We won't mind the doubled shipmet cost by separating the shipment into twice.
