－上記の結果、アップロードエラーと認識し、再度アップロードまたはアプリ上から登録すると、ID重複になる（登録できるが、DB上複数のデータが発生）

１．USA側、SS社ともに日本の仕様を本当に理解していなかった。
２．完成版の動作確認、修正の不足。
３．優良なタイ（日経）ベンダーの不足
４．外部委託（知識の集約効率が低く、エラーも発生しやすい状況）
