送料が120ドルかかるのは高いと感じます。
箱はいらないので、ブーツとダストバッグだけを送った場合、少しは送料が安くなりますか？
もし、送料が60ドルまで抑えられるなら、予算以内なので購入したいと思ってます。

The shipping cost $120.00 seems a little expensive.
Would the shipping cost become a little cheaper, if the boots and the dust bag is shipped without the boxes? If the shipping cost could be reduced within $60.00 or less, I would like to purchase them as it is within my budget.
