我々は以前に行動計画を提出してから、ODRを下げる要因を作っていません。
また、私たちのODRは現在でも基準値を上回っていることを理解しています。

現在でもODRが基準値を上回っている理由は次の通りです。
ODRの基準値を正常に回復させるほどの注文数が得られていない。
