日本の郵便局で商品の配送状況を調べました
商品は問題なく配達途中です
ただ、アメリカの一部の州では追跡ができないそうです
※現在システム改善中

また現在、天候の関係で国際郵便が遅れているそうです
通常であれば1ヶ月あれば届きますが
2～3週間遅れているそうです

ご迷惑をお掛け致しますが
私もアメリカの郵便局に追跡調査依頼を出しておりますので
もうしばらくお待ち頂けると助かります

この度は諸々の事情で商品が届かずに

I checked delivery status at Japan Post.
The item is on the way to delivery without any problem.
However, in some states we cannot track the item.

Also, currently due to weather condition international mails are delayed.
Normally it takes one month for delivery, but now it's taking 2 to 3 extra weeks.
