ロット内のバラツキが同じ場合は大きいロットは小さいロットに比べて小さい抜き取り比率で同じ性能の検査を行うことができる。

但しロットが大きくなると生産条件が異なるロットで構成される可能性が高くなるので抜き取り検査の性能が悪くなる。
