日本の市場でも本数が少なく、私どもがどう頑張ってもAドル以下で提供できません。

This guitar is quite cheap! I think it's a great bargain.
There aren't that many markets for it though, and as much as we would like to unless the cost is under A dollars we cannot make an offer.
After consulting with one another, we found the price that we can do is B dollars.
Sorry for the hassle.
