作業と仕事の違い
仕事とは、その背景にある内容を積極的に理解しながら、新たな価値創出に取組むもの。
「作業」とは、「ルーチンワークを言われた通りにこなすこと」です。
どんなに丁寧に、真面目な態度であっても、上司に言われたことをそのまま形にしているだけでは「作業」の域を出ない。

ならば、「仕事」とは何か？

The difference between work and business
Business means the procedure to create new value understanding the contents behind the mission with proactive manner.
Work is to complete routine work as instructed.
No matter how serious and careful attitude you show, you can not get out of the range of work if you are following what you are instructed.

Well then, what does "Business" means?
It means that you implement your own invent with attitude wondering its appropriateness on what you complete based on what you are instructed by your superior.
