次のベルリンへの出張は3月18日、19日、20日のいずれかの日程で予定していますが、そのスケジュールが確定するのは来週の月曜日になる見込みです。

Next business trop to Berlin is scheduled either on March 18, 19 or 20, but it will probably be next Monday to finalize that schedule. It might be difficult for you to schedule a meeting with startup, but I will inform you as soon as the itinerary is finalized.
