他社よりも商品やサービスを高く売るすなわち高い付加価値をつけて売るためには、ユーザーからその商品やサービスが高く評価される必要がある。
高い評価が得られればそれに見合った高い価格で売れる。付加価値を高めるにはユーザーからの評価(満足度)を高める施策が必要です。

しかし、期待以上だと感じた時には満足し、「また次もASに頼もう」と思うのです。継続的に仕事を受注するためには、常に顧客の期待に応える必要がある。
