社会貢献・対顧客・対従業員・自己実現などに関する目的・目標などが必要要件です。経営理念は社員とのコンセンサスを得たもので、会社の憲法でありますので、情勢の変化やトップ
の交代により変更される事もありますが、基本的には変更はされず永続的に具現化されて行くものとなります。

By writing in words, the basic principle expresses the company management team's dreams, hopes, ideals and their reasons for existing. The company vision expresses a concrete management philosophy. The purposes and goals for the social contribution, customers, employees, and self- fulfillments are the requirements. Because the management philosophy has achieved the consensus of its employees and it is a company's law, it will be possible to be changed according to the change in circumstances or change of the top of the company. But basically it will not be changed, and it will be embodied continuously.
