企業は様々な考え方を持つ人々から、これらに賛同し共感する人材を集めことが必要で、理念や企業ビジョンは人材確保時に於ける会社の『顔』となり、経営方針や経営計画の前提条件となる。
企業は事業環境等の変化により常に変化を求められ、これに変化に対応できなければ市場からの退場を余儀なくされる。
しかし、その一方で企業には『変わってはいけない』側面も存在し、どのような環境になろうとも揺らいではいけないものが基本理念・経営理念になる。

It is necessary for a corporation to gather talents who agree with and relate to similar principles from a pool of people with diverse ideas. Principles and corporate visions will contribute towards the image of an enterprise when it comes to securing talents and is a prerequisite of management policies and plans.
In addition, corporations have to seek change so as to adapt to the changing business environment. If they are unable to respond to such changes, they will have no choice but to bow out from the market.
However, on the other hand, corporations have particular facets that they cannot change. They have to hold on to fundamental and management principles that cannot be swayed, regardless of the kind of environment that evolves.
