企業は様々な考え方を持つ人々から、これらに賛同し共感する人材を集めことが必要で、理念や企業ビジョンは人材確保時に於ける会社の『顔』となり、経営方針や経営計画の前提条件となる。
企業は事業環境等の変化により常に変化を求められ、これに変化に対応できなければ市場からの退場を余儀なくされる。
しかし、その一方で企業には『変わってはいけない』側面も存在し、どのような環境になろうとも揺らいではいけないものが基本理念・経営理念になる。

An enterprise needs to collected talented person who agree with there and share and the principle and company vision become a company's "face" when it assures talented person and prerequisite of management policy or management plan.
An enterprise always requires changes duevto changes of business circumstances etc. and if it cannot handle the change, it is forced to excit from the market.
But on the other side, an enterprise has the side which "cannot be changed" and what cannot be wavered even if it becomes whatever environment is basic principle• management principle.
