amazon.comでパフォーマンスが急激に落ちたことを心からお詫びします。
私たちのODRとClaim Rateは基準値を上回っていることを理解しています。
この問題には2つの原因があります。
ODR
在庫切れの商品をAmazonカタログへ掲載してしまっていた事。
Claim Rate
注文品が購入者に届かない事や、税関の検査などによる到着の遅れ。
顧客への回答が遅れていた事。
我々の改善計画は以下の通りです。

We understand our ODR and Claim Rate surpassed the standard value. We consider it was due to the following two problems:
ODR
We mistakenly listed the items out of stock on the Amazon catalog.
Claim Rate
It was because items didn't arrive to customers, the delay of shipment due to inspection by Customs and we were late to reply to our customers.
