備考: アメリカの取引先とのメールでのやり取りです。
当社の在庫を切らさないような、有効な仕入れ間隔や数量について話し合っております。
メールにはファイルが１つ添付されていました。
全体的に言っている事はわかるのですが、細かいところ、少し取り違えると全く異なった意味になってしまうところなどがありそうなので、今回翻訳をお願いしました。
特に本文中の以下の文の意味は、相手が送料を負担してくれるのか？
それとも数量を多く回数を少なく注文する事で、送料が抑えられると言っているのか？
という事が正しく知りたいです。

We are happy to accommodate less quantity when able, but the frequency of orders starts to take more administrative time. If you look at the attached and combine orders where the same item is purchased more than once within a 3 month timeframe, you can estimate opportunities to buy in larger volumes.

Typically, our international distributors are ordering once per quarter (3 months) or 4-6 times per year.

Our next production runs are end of April and end of May. We request an 8-10 week lead time for orders to be placed.

我々はできる時には少ない量に対応させていただきますが、ご注文の頻度が多くなると、より多くの管理時間がかかります。添付資料を見ていただき、3か月間に2回以上同じアイテムを購入される場合は、より多くの量を見積もっていただき、注文をまとめていただければ幸いです。

一般的に、我々の国外のディストリビューターは3カ月に1度、または年に4～6回注文があります。
