私は日本のＦ株式会社のＴといいます。
当社は、貴社の中国オフィスを通して、貴社の製品を取り扱わせてもらっている。

先週、日本で貴社製品の見積もり依頼があり、中国オフィスに連絡したが、
現状では返信がなく、メールが届いていない気がする。

顧客は見積もり依頼を急いでいて、期限は今週の火曜日までと言っている。
しかしおそらく、水曜日までは大丈夫だ。
もし、中国オフィスからすでに連絡がいっていたら申し訳ないが、
そうでなければ、直接見積もりをしていただけないだろうか。

We have business with you, and we are usually in contact with your China office.

We contacted your China office last week since we had a request to get a quotation of your product in Japan.
Until now, we have not received a reply yet, I suspect that my email could not reach them.
