Is it you who asked international brokers to ship the item?
I don't have the contact information about international brokers .
When I contacted the number and Japanese courier and I was said that I should contact the sender(you) and ask him for the compensation.
You are saying you sent it in the condition it would be sent surely, but the condition in which I received is partly cut tape of the box and it slackened by the weight of the package.
I ask for the compensation for the two broken cups.
