2月3日AM8：35分からSPEEDI SHUTTLE を予約していた山田です。
私は当日AM10：00までバスの到着を待ちました。
しかし到着しなかった。
飛行機の搭乗時間が迫っていたのでタクシーで空港へ向かいました。
御社の責任でバスに乗れなかったので
クレジットカードで支払い済みの$27.86を返金して下さい。
ゲームソフトは到着時ビーニール梱包がなく開封された状態でした。
貴方はProduct codeを持っていませんか？
ゲームをインストールできない場合は代金を返金して欲しいです。
My name is Yamada and I had a booking for SPEEDI SHUTTLE at 8:35am on 3rd February.
I had been waiting for the above bus until 10am on the day but the bus did not arrive.
I took a taxi to the airport because no further waiting allowed to catch the airplane.
I would like you to refund my bus fare $27.86 which I already paid by my credit card because I could not have your bus service by your fault.
When the game software arrived, I found it had not been binyl covered.
Do you have the Product code?
I would like you to refund my payment if the game cannot be installed.
