We've received your goods back in order for us to process your return.
However, we haven't got your Returns paperwork so we don't know why you are returning your goods and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
To be on the safe side, we've issued a refund back to the card that was used to make the original purchase. Although we have processed this it can take up to 10 days to appear on your account, depending on who your card issuer is.
If there is anything else we can do, just let us know.

返品された商品を受領しましたが、返品に関するお客様からの書類がないので、
返金を希望されているのか、交換を希望されているのか判断できません。
当方では、念のため返金のかたちをとらせていただきました。
ご購入の際に使用されたカード宛てに返金いたしましたが、カード会社に関係なく、
お客様の口座に入金が完了するまでには10日程かかります。

不明な点があれば、いつでもご連絡をお待ちしてます。
