私は日本人のセラーです。先日商品を販売しPAYPALにて代金を受け取った後に購入者から「今日本にいるから直接商品を受け取りたい」と連絡がありました。私は「日本の住所に商品を送るので住所をおしえてください」と返信しましたが、「１」と言ってきたのでキャンセルしますか？と聞いたところ「キャンセルしない」と言われその後連絡が取れていません。私はハンドリングタイムを３日間に設定していて今日が３日目になります。私はどうしたらいいでしょうか？

I am a Japanese seller. After I sold an item a few days ago and received the payment via Paypal, a purchaser said that he or she wanted to receive the item in person as he or she was in Japan.
I told him or her to tell me his or her address in Japan to send it to the address in Japan.
As he or she answered "1", I asked if he or she cancels it. Then he or she answered "No".
After that, I cannot contact him or her. I set the handling time 3 days, and today is the 3rd day.
