私は日本人のセラーです。先日商品を販売しPAYPALにて代金を受け取った後に購入者から「今日本にいるから直接商品を受け取りたい」と連絡がありました。私は「日本の住所に商品を送るので住所をおしえてください」と返信しましたが、「１」と言ってきたのでキャンセルしますか？と聞いたところ「キャンセルしない」と言われその後連絡が取れていません。私はハンドリングタイムを３日間に設定していて今日が３日目になります。私はどうしたらいいでしょうか？

To All Concerned,

I am a Japanese seller. Recently someone purchased a product from me and after receiving the payment in paypal I received the following message from the purchaser "I am currently in Japan and I would like to directly pickup the item." I replied "I will mail the item domestically so please let me know the address." Since they replied back the following "1" I asked them if they wanted to cancel their order. They replied back to me that they did not want to cancel their order and I have not received any correspondence after that. I have it set up where handling is set up within 3 days, however, today is the 3rd day. What should I do?
