I am contacting you with regards to the item you have ordered.

We have inspected the ordered item before shipment and discovered there was a defect.
Because we have no inventory, we are not able to provide a replacement for this item.

Instead, we have a similar item, “Autoart 73614 - Jaguar E-Type Coupe Series I - rot, 1:18” which we would be able to ship immediately. If you like, we would like to refund 40£ in addition to the item.
