あなたが、行った手続きは「Cancel Transaction」ではなく、「Unpaid item case」 の手続きだと思うのですが、一度確認していただけませんか？
お互いが納得の上で取引をキャンセルという手続きでないと、当てはまる項目が無い為うまく手続きが完了できません。

I think the procedure you did is not "Cancel Transaction", but "Unpaid item case". So could you check it again?
We cannot complete the procedure unless we proceed the cancellation with both satisfaction as there is no fitted category.
