４． 応募者と、応募作品の著作権者・出演者・その他関係者（以下「関係者等」）が異なる場合、応募者は全ての関係者等に、事前に本規約が適用されることを説明の上、その同意を得るものとし、応募者と関係者等との間に生じた一切のクレームや請求につき、当社はその責任を負わないものとします。
