Note that these clock are advertising displays for commercial use only and were never meant to be resold.
In fact you're not supposed to have these clocks unless
you're an authorized watch dealer. Again, they're not for resale which is
why you had this problem. If you purchased these under the intension to
resell them I'm sorry but this is not permitted, even if you were an
authorized dealer. Never the less if you would like to return the clocks
for full refund there is no problem, I have another buyer for these clocks.
Please re-pack the clocks very well as you had received them in order to
insure safe delivery.

本来、この時計は宣伝用に使われていたもので再販売目的のものではありません。
そのため、正規代理店以外はこの時計を持っていません。
繰り返しますが再販売用のものではありませんので問題が発生しています。もしも転売する目的で購入されたとしたらそれは正規代理店であっても許可されていません。
他にも購入希望の方がいらっしゃいますので時計を返品いただけば全額返金いたします。
商品を受け取ったときと同様によく梱包して安全に輸送できるようにしてください。
