Note that these clock are advertising displays for commercial use only and were never meant to be resold.
In fact you're not supposed to have these clocks unless
you're an authorized watch dealer. Again, they're not for resale which is
why you had this problem. If you purchased these under the intension to
resell them I'm sorry but this is not permitted, even if you were an
authorized dealer. Never the less if you would like to return the clocks
for full refund there is no problem, I have another buyer for these clocks.
Please re-pack the clocks very well as you had received them in order to
insure safe delivery.
