- "Family seat" is a ticket available for everyone, it is for small children or for customers that wish to sit down, during the live please make sure to remain seated.
- It doesn't guarantee a seat near the stage.
- It can only be bought in KODAGUMI or in the playroom.

Concerning earmuffs : earmuffs are provided for free for small children.
Customer that wish to borrow some, please ask to the staff when arriving. As there is only a limited number of them, this service will be stopped when there is no more available.
